Jason has over 30 years of industry knowledge and experience, He has built a business and a team of people at JDV Projects that will deliver you a workspace or environment that you will be proud of.
With experience across commercial construction, and interiors, residential and refurbishment, Jason is committed to creating spaces that are functional and flexible and ensuring the client obtains the value they seek and experience that they deserve

Ray’s role as Operations Manager is to ensure that all operational aspects of JDV Project run smoothly & cohesively & to manage projects and client relationships prior to the construction phase.
Ray’s experience & professionalism ensure our client’s are receiving the very best advice, guidance & professional service they expect throughout the entire project cycle.

Matt Robinson, Senior Project Manager

Matt Robinson, Senior Project Manager

With over 27 years experience in the Commercial Construction industry Matt's role as Senior Project Manager is to manage the entire delivery process of individual projects from start to finish.  With strong industry knowledge, experience and Communication, Matt is a mentor to all members of the JDV Projects team.

Matt's key eye for detail and client relationship ensures projects are managed above expectation and clients are kept well informed.  Key projects and relationships managed by Matt include Petsure, SEEK, Hurstville Private Hospital, the SAN Hospital and the award winning THINK Design College in Ultimo. 

Jason Trezise, Project Manager

Jason Trezise, Project Manager

Jason has 15 years experience in the commercial construction fitout and refurbishment industry in both NSW and Victoria.  Jason has delivered over 50 Commercial Projects across office, retail, hospitality, educational and hotel industries.  With a skillset that includes Contract Administration, Project Management and Site Supervision, Jason has a calm approach to the management of complex projects which has helped with the delivery of some of our key repeat clients such as Hollard Insurance. 

Caitlin Marks, Project Manager

Caitlin Marks, Project Manager

Caitlin has a Bachelor of Construction Management from University of Technology and over 10 years’ experience on construction and fit out projects, including new builds, large scale retail redevelopment, high quality commercial fit outs, residential and refurbishments. She has worked abroad on projects in the UK and for tier one builders in Australia. Caitlin is a focused and honest team member who values delivering successful projects for her clients, meeting their time and budget expectations.
 

Matt Schultz, Project Manager

Matt Schultz, Project Manager

Matt has 25 years experience in the commercial fit out and refurbishment industry’s nationally. With a Joinery Trade background, Diploma of Business Management and Level 4 Certificate in WHS behind him, he has a wealth of experience across retail, commercial, hospitality, education, industrial, medical and dental practices. Having worked in both in client side and contractor side roles for leading company’s he has a strong focus on communication and is well versed in both staged live environments and multisite roll out programs but maintains the ethos that team work is always paramount for the delivery of great projects.

Maureen Ryan, Contracts Administrator / Estimator

Maureen Ryan, Contracts Administrator / Estimator

Maureen has a Bachelor Degree in Construction Economics and Management.
Supporting the Project Managers and assisting Senior Management Maureen is responsible for the day to day administration and estimating of individual projects here at JDV.  
Maureen's past experience ensures a strong understanding of the Construction Industry and Cost Management.

 

Craig George, Contracts Administrator

Craig George, Contracts Administrator

Craig is a well-rounded diligent Contracts Administrator with over 12 years construction experience both in the UK and Australia. Craig is a team player who likes to take “ownership” of the projects he works on and with a strong work ethic works well under pressure. Craig is a qualified Fist Aider and has a Certificate 4 in Project Management and Work Health & Safety.

Matthew Van Reenan, Contracts Administrator

Matthew has over 5 years’ experience in South Africa and Australia in the Construction Industry and has a qualifications in Building and Draughting. Matthew's role as Contracts Administrator involves supporting the Project Manager with the daily administrative duties of each project. Matthew is dedicated and methodical and has a keen eye for detail.

With over 20 years experience in marketing and communications, Louise's online marketing skills and business development support to the JDV brand continues to drive strong client diversity.  Relationships with current clients as well as targeting new opportunities and markets is a key focus.

Jill Hamilton, Strategic Marketing

Jill is a strategic Marketer with over 15 years of experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines; traditional, events and digital, gained across a variety of challenging roles in the Architecture, construction and fit out industry.  Specialising in aligning organisations on brand architecture and core communications both internally and externally, Jill joined JDV Projects in 2017 to promote our brand and ultimately drive commercial success

Barry Wallis, Site Manager

Barry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the JDV Projects team.  Responsible for the effective management of the project and working closely with our team of PM's, Barry is key to the success of your new workspace environment. 

Lawrence Arnott, Site Manager

Lawrence Arnott, Site Manager

Lawrence is a dedicated and passionate site manager with a wealth of knowledge gained in over 20 years Site Management experience. His philosophy for delivery is safety and quality focused. He is a licenced builder and has managed complicated build and fit outs from boutique to large construction. His dedication to clear communication and team-work ensures each site is runs perfectly throughout demo and construction.

Brooke Rosendale, Administrator

Brooke Rosendale, Administrator

Brooke is our front of house office support manager.  Working with the Senior Managers, Project Manager and Contract Administrator's to ensure the smooth running of projects as well as our own busy office.

Sam Cater, Cadet

Sam Cater, Cadet

Sam is currently in his 3rd year at the University of New South Wales, studying a degree in Construction Management and Property Economics. Sam provides a thorough, efficient
approach to formulating Tender Submissions and assisting our CA’s.
His understanding of construction methods and processes allows him
to be a vital component of the fitout phase through analysis of plans and scopes.

Jonathan Weil

Jonathan is in his final year at UWS studying Construction Management.  Jonathan's role is to asist the construction and estimating teams accross the JDV business and develop his skills within the Commerical Construction Industry.

Joe Elali, Contracts Administrator

Joe Elali, Contracts Administrator

Joe's role as Contracts Administrator is vital in support of the Project Managers and Senior Management within the JDV Projects team and encompasses all aspects of project and contract Administration.  Joe offers strong industry experience from his past roles with top tier Sydney Building and Construction firms and holds a Degree in Construction Management & Property (UNSW).
