Working closely with the client, Dr Tack Shin Lee at Bella Vista Orthopaedics, JDV Projects delivered a ‘turn key’ solution – from planning through to approvals, design and construction for a specialist medical facility. The project incorporated five consultation rooms, staff kitchenette, office and administration room equipped for 10 staff and a spacious waiting room allowing for 15 patients. A highlight was a feature, custom designed reception desk to accommodate four receptionists. The result was a modern and bright environment that is both a practical and desirable workspace that fit within the client’s budget objectives.
