JDV Projects have once again delivered on an amazing Design for the THINK Education Group with a complete refit of the old Rockpool Restaurant in The Rocks. The restaurant which had been uninhabited now for several years, is the new training facility for the students at the William Blue College of Hospitality and Management. Working with the clever designers at The BOLD Collective, a cost effect design and clever project management by the JDV team has seen the restaurant transformed.
