Working closely with design firm The Bold Collective to complete the design, and the scope of works with the client, JDV Projects embraced the challenges for accommodating a Laboratory facilitiy into a commercial office building. With a tight deadline and rigid budget constraints, JDV value engineered a result that realised the clients' vision for a labortatory environment that breaks with tradition yet still meeting the labortatory technical requirements.
