Modern fitout with sustainability focus
This commercial fitout project for MasterCard’s Asia Pacific headquarters came about due to their relocation to a new 2000m2 office in the new 5 star ABGR rated Innovation Place building. JDV Projects were awarded the head contract on a platform of value offering, experience, track record with MasterCard and ability to manage the complex Green Star operational aspects of the construction process. With a strong focus on sustainability through the fitout, over 80% of all construction waste by weight was sorted on-site and recycled. The final environement is a state-of-the-art fit out over two floors, which has subsequently been awarded a 4 Star Green Star As-built rating by the GBCA.
