Last month we took the opportunity to bring our growing team together to learn, interact and socialise as a means of driving our business forward and preparing for the new financial year.

Several of the team took the chance to present to their colleagues on key objectives and important issues affecting not only our business success and growth but also important aspects such as team dynamics and culture.

Owner and Managing Director Jason is on a mission to build a world-class team and after 22 years of business, he knows that a happy team is a productive, accountable and driven team. This mantra was the basis for gathering the team to reinforce the importance of their role and involvement in the business and and encourage everyone to be positive ambassadors for JDV Projects.

Following a productive day of ‘shop talk’, the team enjoyed some gentle competition with an archery session in the picturesque landscape before coming together for a team dinner at a local restaurant in Leura.

We have already begun to see the success and benefits of the event with a renewed energy in the team and their commitment to excellence. We are looking forward to the next steps to prioritise and action the key takeaways from the day.

By combining key learnings with fun and social events, a great time was had by all and look forward to implementing and developing our plan to make our business a better place both internally for the team and externally for our clients.
