The amalgamation of Apartments 804 and 805 at the Blue Apartments marks the fourth project delivered by JDV Projects within this prestigious Milsons Point building

Working in collaboration with designer Darren Kong, the two apartments were re-imagined as a single, spacious residence centred around a carefully designed kitchen that anchors the living areas. The redesign also introduced a substantially larger laundry, scaled appropriately to the size of the apartment and thoughtfully incorporated into the overall layout.
Custom joinery became a defining feature of the project. Detailed storage solutions and curated display areas were designed to house the client’s personal memorabilia, integrating these items into the interior narrative while enhancing the space’s visual character.
A bespoke timber-framed glazed partition encloses the study, offering acoustic separation and privacy while allowing sight-lines through to the Sydney Harbour outlook beyond. Audiovisual integration formed an important
component of the brief. A concealed ceiling mounted television drops discreetly from a recessed cavity and rotates to serve both the living and kitchen zones, supported by a fully integrated sound system that delivers an immersive
entertainment experience without disrupting the architectural clarity of the interiors.
The interior palette reflects understated luxury, expressed through marble surfaces rich in character and depth, textural wall panelling, refined timber joinery and elegant fixtures and fittings, all combining to create a residence of warmth and sophistication.
