Contemporary orthopaedic clinic fitout designed to enhance patient experience, clinical workflow, and rehabilitation outcomes.
JDV Projects transformed an existing specialist medical suite into a contemporary healthcare environment for Sydney Knee & Hip Surgeons, led by Dr Anthony Keeley. The 130 sqm project involved demolishing the existing tenancy to a cold-shell condition before delivering a purpose-built orthopaedic clinic tailored for specialist consultations, physiotherapy treatment, and day-to-day practice operations.
The completed medical fitout features three consulting rooms with integrated examination facilities, a dedicated physiotherapy treatment room, a private dictation room, an administration office for four staff members, a staff tearoom, and a welcoming reception and waiting area with patient refreshment facilities.
A primary aim was to maximise natural light and external views throughout the practice, creating a calm and welcoming environment that supports patients from arrival through consultation and rehabilitation. Clinical and support spaces were carefully planned to enhance workflow, privacy, and operational efficiency.
Bold architectural finishes, complemented by sophisticated navy and copper detailing, create a distinctive identity that moves beyond traditional healthcare design. The result is a modern specialist medical practice that balances patient-centred care, clinical functionality, and contemporary healthcare design within a compact footprint.
