Works continues at St Mary's for Nova Employments new multi-level facility, due for completion at the end of 2025. Nestled on Queen Street, the project fits perfectly with Penrith City Councils Master plan and design concept as a strategic centre for Western Sydney.
The project is a five-storey mixed-use building with basement parking, commercial premises on the ground floor, mezzanine storage space, two levels of office accommodation, and three short-stay residential apartments on the top floor.
A massive 240 cubic metre concrete pour pushed the boom pump to its limits as the team tackled the Level 2 slab - in time for the new concrete panels lifted into place.
From sunrise to well beyond sunset, the crew powered through a 15-hour day, an impressive effort made possible by meticulous planning and flawless logistics of all involved.
