Anthony is a site-based Cadet at JDV Projects, selected for JDV’s cadet programme to support the delivery of commercial construction projects through hands-on involvement in site operations and project administration. Working closely with Site Managers and Project Managers, Anthony assists with site coordination, subcontractor engagement, quality inspections, and safety compliance, and manages project documentation and daily site records.

He is actively involved in the day-to-day rhythm of live construction environments and values being part of the on-ground team that drives progress and resolves issues in real time. Known for his strong communication skills, attention to detail, and dependable work ethic, Anthony is proactive on-site and takes ownership of assigned tasks, contributing positively to team performance and project outcomes while continuing to build his technical and practical construction experience.
