James is an experienced Project Manager with more than 25 years’ experience across healthcare, mission-critical infrastructure, commercial workplaces, hospitality, industrial facilities and complex refurbishment projects.

His portfolio includes new hospitals, mental health facilities, operating theatres, intensive care units, catheterisation and neurovascular laboratories, oncology treatment facilities, emergency departments, data centre infrastructure and corporate workplace fitouts.

James has worked in both client-side and head contractor roles, managing projects from early planning, approvals and design development through consultant procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. This breadth of experience enables him to adapt his management approach to projects of different scales, technical requirements and stakeholder environments.

He has a strong background in programme, procurement, cost, and risk management, supported by practical construction knowledge and clear communication. James is especially effective in live environments where safety, operational continuity, and careful coordination are essential for successful delivery.
