With a background in quantity surveying and more than a decade of experience across the UK and Australia, Lauren brings precision and positivity to every project she’s involved in. As Contract Administrator at JDV, she supports project teams with estimating, cost control and contract management—ensuring projects stay aligned with both budget and vision.
Lauren’s project history spans the government, education, health, and residential sectors, including the Merseyside Police Headquarters, Sydney Water’s Major Infrastructure Projects, and several high-rise residential towers. Recognised for her energy and collaborative spirit, she possesses a talent for keeping teams focused and stakeholders informed, even in the most complex delivery environments. She believes in the importance of effective communication to maintain high team morale, which, in turn, leads to more successful project outcomes.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of Salford and is currently pursuing RICS chartership. She is passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex problems and thrives on projects that require strategic thinking, team collaboration, and practical creativity.
