Nick Ellul is a skilled Site Foreman with practical construction knowledge and a background in high-end residential projects. With trade qualifications in carpentry and over a decade of on-site experience, Nick leads with a steady, approachable manner, balancing program demands while focusing on team cohesion and build quality.

Since joining JDV, Nick has contributed to large-scale industrial projects, applying his strengths in coordination, communication, and sequencing to drive works forward efficiently and safely. Prior to this, he worked with LocaGroup, delivering complex luxury homes with premium finishes—an experience that sharpened his attention to detail and client engagement skills.

Nick holds a Certificate III in Carpentry and is completing a Certificate IV in Building and Construction. He’s motivated by continuous learning and the tangible outcomes of construction, taking pride in seeing a project come to life through thoughtful planning and collaborative delivery.
