Reagan is a Cadet at JDV Projects, supporting both project delivery and pre-construction activities with a strong focus on team coordination and tender support. Reagan assists with the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders, working closely with the estimating, project, and leadership teams to ensure accurate, well-organised documentation and timely submissions.

Through JDV’s cadet pathway, Reagan is gaining exposure to a broad range of construction processes and enjoys applying new learnings across both office and project environments. Known for being organised, proactive, and highly motivated, Reagan brings strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused approach to the team. As a fast learner, Reagan continues to build industry knowledge while contributing reliably to team performance and supporting JDV’s pre-construction and delivery outcomes.
