Scott Drummond
General Manager

Scott Drummond brings extensive construction and project management experience to his role as General Manager at JDV Projects. Having managed his own project management organisation for more than 20 years, he combines an understanding of business operations with practical experience across government, commercial, education, healthcare and luxury retail projects.

Working closely with the Managing Director, Scott oversees day-to-day business performance and supports the teams responsible for delivering JDV’s projects. His responsibilities include resource planning, commercial oversight and staff development, ensuring project teams have the experience and support needed to meet their commitments.

Building on his previous role as Construction Manager, Scott contributes to preconstruction planning and provides senior oversight throughout delivery. He works with teams to anticipate challenges, resolve issues early and manage the impact of decisions on cost, programme and the client’s operations.

Scott’s approachable manner encourages open discussion with clients, consultants and subcontractors. He provides a senior point of contact when projects require additional guidance and actively mentors JDV’s people. He focuses on helping teams make sound decisions, deliver work they can be proud of, and build relationships that continue beyond handover.
